🎨 ALL our Taster Sessions @projects_kavelrafferty (part of our exhibition week) are open to children accompanied by an adult, for these sessions our model will be part clothed. Our weekend ‘family friendly’ sessions will have a similar set up but with additional materials and activities for children

Tomorrow night we are excited to have @rory_draper_art_ modelling for our session @margateofflicence

Rory a former art teacher that brings his expertise to his poses as well as his enthusiasm as a practicing artist. He regularly poses for his own work and knows how to work an angle. He has been life modelling on and off for five years now, posing for university groups and groups of practicing artists. Rory is now working full time in his own studio.

Introducing @life.model.anne - our lovely model for tomorrow evening @grovehousetavern_

Anne has always felt a pull towards art. As a child in Russia, she joined art school at six, only to be told she had “no sense of proportion” and asked not to return. What could have ended her creative journey instead set her on a different path.

After moving to the UK, Anne discovered the freedom of collage, photography, mixed media, and abstract work — still her favourite styles today. She later completed a foundation year in art at Kingston University before life took her in another direction.

A year and a half ago, on a sunny day in North Wales, she decided to try life modelling. Since then, she has clocked more than 300 hours, met inspiring artists, and found a new way to be part of the creative community.

Anne brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love of art to every session she joins.
