Like all our classes, this session is for everyone and absolutely no experience is needed. While the session is untutored, we’re always happy to offer gentle tips if you’d like them, and there’s no pressure at all to share your work unless you want to.

We’ll begin with short poses at 7pm, take a break halfway through, then move into longer poses before wrapping up at 8.30pm.
